Cleveland Leadership Group ("CLG") is all about business strategy and how such strategies are effectively implemented. Chief Executive Officer Peter Cleveland works with senior executives to paint a picture of what their business could look like in 3 to 5 years.
The picture becomes a ‘success statement’ defining the future state of the business in terms of new revenue levels, target markets, products and services, desired gross margins, desired expertise and necessary changes to governance.
From the success statement business strategies are designed and developed to ensure the defined future state is realized. Such strategies give way to specific action plans that, when completed, lead to effective strategy realization.

CLG's Chief Executive Officer, Peter Cleveland, brings forty years of excellence in client service. He has demonstrated the ability to build an organization by setting the strategic direction and cascading that direction throughout a culture to create sustained, positive change.
Through strong leadership, financial and interpersonal skills, he strengthens organizations, whether for-profit or not-for-profit. He believes in a strong organizational brand and a clear bottom line focus. His leadership style is one of setting direction; then aligning all daily reporting, measurements and agendas around that direction; while mentoring people to achieve it.
