Client Profile
CLG works with two types of clients:
  1. Companies that are financially unhealthy - close to insolvency.
  2. Companies that are financially healthy, but lack a strategic plan.
Financially Unhealthy Companies
Companies that are close to insolvency come to CLG - initially - for a remedial action plan. Once a financial strategy is developed by CLG and the company is once again viable, then the typical process of CLG begins.

Financially Healthy Companies
Financially healthy companies that do not have a vision typically have been "lucky" to this point. But, the potential for a downturn is real. Another situation may be that a healthy company is not realizing its true potential. In both cases, CLG will apply the same process.

  • Risk tolerance is the level at which you tolerate risk. Achieving a risk balance equals increased profit potential. Risk levels vary - from the pursuit of opportunity to the prevention of loss. In his book, 50 Steps to Business Success, Peter describes the various degrees of risk. Then, he shows you how to apply the risk tolerance meter.
