MISSION OF CLG

The mission of CLG is to align a business' corporate mission with its goals and action plans, teach leadership skills to the management team, and be a virtual executive with that business.

CLG's steps into the role of part-time executive and teaches leadership, planning - strategic and operation, and defines corporate cultural requirements to fellow executives.

Cleveland Leadership Group believes that the key to business success is strong leadership. Someone needs to lead the business down the trail - step by step. CLG has divided the trail into 50 steps - which reduces the panic that can be fatal to any business. Successful leadership is founded on passionate vision, and actions that follows the 50 steps from planning, people, revenue, products, service delivery, and financial stability. CLG can take you through the steps from start to finish, and has had the good fortune to do so with numerous leaders of successful companies.

Leadership style is a leader's approach to people, events, and processes. It consists of his personal available assets to achieve his vision. Style is dependent upon the leader's motivation and personal make-up.

We are driven by our motivation to accomplish objectives. The extent and complexity of those objectives manifest themselves from a cauldron of situations and the way our personality addresses those situations: with what level of maturity, at what acceptance of risk, and with what learning through education and experience.

Do you know your Leadership Style? CLG can determine which leadership style you have:

  1. Dictator
  2. Benevolent Dictator
  3. Coach
  4. Missionary
CLG will then define the characteristic, effective applications of each style - and help you incorporate the missing elements.

Applying business strategy and leadership training through mentorship.

  • A Few Examples of the Four Leadership Styles
    • A Dictator - gives orders and is effective in emergency business actions.
    • A Benevolent Dictator - listens to feedback, but only from those he or she grants privilege, which is effective during government transactions.
    • A Coach - sets the vision for management to build and is effective building business growth plans.
    • A Missionary has concern only for people, which works effectively with humanitarian organizations.
