Teaching

CLG teaches business executives how to lead. The teaching methodology follows the principles defined in Peter Cleveland's book, "50 Steps to Business Success". Training programs are delivered in manageable sessions - which is in concert with the premise of "50 Steps to Business Success" by applying business steps in manageable bites.

The Approach
Successful leadership is founded on vision, goals, and actions - from planning, people, revenue, products, service delivery, and financial stability. CLG will be with you during this planning process (journey) from the start to finish.

Leadership Style
Leadership style is a leader's approach to people, events, and processes. It consists of his personal available assets to achieve his vision. Style is dependent upon the leader's motivation and personal make-up.

We are driven by our motivation to accomplish objectives. The extent and complexity of those objectives manifest themselves from a cauldron of situations and the way our personality addresses those situations: with what level of maturity, at what acceptance of risk, and with what learning through education and experience.
